Current Work
I lead analytics across six mental health programs at a behavioral health organization, where I build Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reporting pipelines from CareLogic to automate recurring performance and compliance reporting, including quarterly and semiannual reports and Suicide Prevention Protocol (SPPC) reporting workflows.
My work gives clinical and operational leaders more timely access to program, engagement, and outcome metrics—supporting clinical and operational decision-making. I develop KPI frameworks, track clinical outcomes, and analyze access, follow-up, and service utilization patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
This work has significantly reduced manual reporting effort and improved the timeliness and consistency of performance and compliance monitoring.
