Current Work
I lead analytics across six mental health programs at a behavioral health organization, building Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reporting pipelines from CareLogic EHR to automate recurring performance and compliance reporting — including quarterly and semiannual reports.
My work gives clinical and operational leaders more timely access to program, engagement, and outcome metrics. I develop KPI frameworks, track clinical outcomes, and analyze access, follow-up, and service utilization patterns to identify improvement opportunities — all in HIPAA-aligned environments.
This work has significantly reduced manual reporting effort and improved the timeliness and consistency of performance monitoring across programs.
